Tikiora Digital Limited

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Tikiora Digital Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Sabaka Android application, its AI video creation features, customer support and this website (together, the “Service”). Tikiora Digital Limited is responsible for the processing described here. Contact us at [email protected] with privacy questions or requests. This policy covers information handled by us; independent services such as Google Play have their own policies.

2. Information you provide

We process the photos, text prompts, selected templates, creation settings and feedback that you submit to use the Service. Photos can include faces and other personal information. Only provide material that you have permission to use, and avoid submitting sensitive information that is unnecessary for your creation. If you contact support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments or account information you choose to include.

3. Service, device and transaction information

The app uses a guest or account identifier and device-related information to establish a session, retrieve your content and manage service access. Technical information can include app version, operating system, device model, language, network information, IP address, timestamps, usage events, installation identifiers and crash diagnostics. When purchasing features are available, entitlement and transaction records can include product identifiers, order references, purchase status and verification tokens. Payment card information entered into Google Play is handled by Google; it is not entered on this website.

4. Why we use information

We use this information to provide the requested creation and media processing, load templates, maintain accounts and service sessions, display and manage creations, respond to support requests, verify available entitlements, prevent abuse and diagnose reliability problems. We also use relevant usage and diagnostic information to understand how app features perform. We use support correspondence to resolve the issue you raise and retain an appropriate record of the response.

5. Photos, prompts, generated media and local history

Generating a video requires sending the selected inputs and creation parameters to our service infrastructure and the providers involved in processing that request. Generated media and task records are returned through the Service. Draft inputs, preferences, favorites and photo or prompt history can also be stored in app-private storage on your device. Removing a local draft or uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete server-side account, task, transaction or support records. Contact us if you want to request deletion of information held by us.

6. Service providers and other disclosures

We use infrastructure, storage, media-generation, communications and diagnostic providers to operate the Service. They receive information relevant to the function they perform. The current app integrates Google Firebase for configuration and app measurement or diagnostics; the exact data processed depends on the enabled feature and your app version. See Firebase Privacy and Security and Google’s Privacy Policy. We use Adjust for mobile app attribution and, when a purchase occurs, purchase-event measurement. Depending on availability, permissions and device settings, this can involve advertising or installation identifiers, attribution data, app sessions and events, purchase amount and currency, and transaction references. See Adjust data-processing information. We may also disclose information where legally required, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to applicable safeguards.

7. Permissions and your choices

The app may ask you to select or access photos and save media using Android’s permission and media-picker mechanisms. You control device permissions in Android settings. Refusing a permission may prevent the corresponding feature from working. You can choose what content to upload and can use the controls made available in the app to manage local content. Device or platform privacy settings may provide additional choices for identifiers, diagnostics and notifications. These settings do not necessarily erase information already processed.

8. Legal bases, where applicable

Where a legal basis is required, processing may be necessary to provide a service you request or perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as security, reliability and support where those interests are not overridden by your rights. Where consent is required for particular processing, we rely on that consent. You may withdraw consent through the relevant controls or by contacting us; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

9. Retention and deletion

We retain information for the time needed for its purpose, including operating the Service, maintaining records, resolving disputes, enforcing terms and meeting legal obligations. The period depends on the type of information, whether an account or task remains active, support needs and applicable requirements. Local app data remains subject to your device and app controls. Deletion requests may require proportionate identity verification. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security or transaction reasons, and backup copies may remain until their normal deletion cycle.

10. International processing and security

Service providers and infrastructure may process information outside your country. Where applicable law requires it, appropriate transfer safeguards must apply to those transfers. We use safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration and loss. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device and account access secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or exercise other rights provided by applicable privacy law. Where applicable, you may also have rights concerning certain disclosures or targeted advertising. To make a request, email [email protected] and describe what you need. Do not send passwords or complete payment tokens. We may need enough information to identify the relevant account and verify the request. You may complain to the appropriate data-protection authority, and exercising a legal privacy right will not itself be a reason to deny that right.

12. Children and eligibility

The Service is not designed for children. Users must meet applicable legal eligibility and consent requirements. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact [email protected] so we can assess the situation and take steps required by applicable law. Do not submit another person’s photo without the permission required to do so.

13. This website and external links

This informational website does not include a sign-up form, checkout or embedded advertising or analytics scripts added by us. Hosting infrastructure can process ordinary request information such as IP address and request logs to deliver and protect the website. If a private preview requires sign-in, that access provider handles its own authentication. Following an email link opens your email application; your email is sent only when you choose to send it. External links are governed by their own operators’ policies.

14. Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements. The date shown above identifies this version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent for material changes. Privacy questions and requests should be addressed to Tikiora Digital Limited at [email protected].
